Membership is open to men, women and children from all walks of life and businesses, without exception, who are concerned about improving the quality of life for youth, their families, and our global community through the arts, education, wellness, and community development.

Members enable us to design, implement and effectively evaluate programs that build and empower those we serve and improve our social conditions. They also enable us to advocate and support issues and concerns plaguing our youth, their families, and our communities.

The Chicago Steppin' community ranges far and wide from coast to coast and over seas. We are all united by one thing and one thing only...CHICAGO STEPPIN'....AND WE DO IT FOR LOVE. Chicago Steppin' unites us through culture, lifestyle, music, history, attire, etiquette, state of mind...swagger.
You don't have to know how to step in the sense of being a dancer to be a member of Steppin' Across America Foundation. You only need to want to take steps at remedying the social issues we address. Your membership strengthens our voice and power.
As a member of SAAF you stand in the gap as the fiber of the bridge that binds each city, state and country together as the community of Chicago Steppin' while we promote, cultivate, and preserve our culture and dance art for generations to come.
Membership gives you a voice and a platform to be engaged in the global community, actively or passively. Your membership facilitates the production of local, regional, and nationwide events, activities and programs which empower, enrich and improve the quality of life economically, socially, physically, and globally for our youth, their families, and you.

Membership benefits include discounts on all program activities, inclusion in our roster of members (anonymity, optional), subscription to our e-mail newsletter, discount on Steppin' Across America Foundation products and services, including private lessons, special discounts on Partner & Affiliate products, services and events, and invitation to Member Only Appreciation events.
Steppin' Across America Foundation needs your assistance via membership and donations to enable us to serve the community. For those of you not ready to join our cause as a member just yet, we would ask that you would make a tax deductible donation to our cause, and join our free online social networking site to stay connected with steppers and our supporters worldwide.
